I can FINALLY listen to Random Access Memories, my Django Unchained steelbook is going to arrive in the post (it was only released today in the UK and I pre-ordered it) and I’m visiting the cinema to see Star Trek Into Darkness with my best pal. This is gonna be the greatest day and the temptation to lie in wait by the letterbox is quite overwhelming.

Today’s Doctor Who was one of the most emotionally crippling things I’ve ever seen. I can’t watch Matt Smith tearing up without doing so myself and I just… don’t cry at films/tv shows. ugh. He is such an amazing actor. I love love love this show and, also, how beautiful was the score for this episode? Phenomenal stuff, Mr. Gold.

Just had a mini heart attack over the Cannes news. I’ve been travelling all day and only read about the supposed gun shots a moment ago. Thank goodness that lunatic was firing blanks. Luckily, everyone’s okay and Christoph is obviously fine too. He’s undoubtedly going to be shaken up by it, but, man… I completely froze up in front of my laptop for a moment there.
